This study proposes a solar-driven catalytic method for hydrogen production and wastewater treatment using CoAl-LDH and graphitic carbon nitride. The CoAl-LDH@g-C3N4 composite exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activity compared to individual components. The improved performance is attributed to the formation of Type-II heterojunctions, which facilitate charge separation and increase the number of active sites. |
