Paper Title |
OH-enriched NiS/Ni3S2–Zr Heterostructure for Overall Water Splitting Performance in Alkaline Media |
Highlights |
Developed a highly efficient Ni-sulfide-based catalyst for hydrogen and oxygen evolution. Combined high-valent doping and surface etching to create a porous heterostructure. Achieved record-low overpotentials for both HER and OER. Demonstrated exceptional stability for 30 hours. Outperformed noble metal catalysts in water splitting. Proposed a mechanism based on detailed electrochemical and material characterization. |
