Highlights | Ag/n-TiO2NTs/p-Si heterojunction UV PD was fabricated using low-cost methods. TiO2 nanotubes with ~16 nm diameter were synthesized. The device exhibited high responsivity (570 mA/W), external quantum efficiency (189%), and fast response times. This low-cost, high-performance UV detector is a promising alternative to traditional materials like GaN, SiC, and ZnO. |
